Job Description

Kirby Bates Associates, a premier national healthcare leadership firm, is seeking a Consultant, Reporting and Analytics to support a large, organization in Missouri. This senior-level consultant will lead the Power BI build-out for Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) and cost recovery functional areas, currently operating on Excel and SFTP without integrated dashboards. Recommend data foundations including warehouse design, ETL pipelines, and data quality monitoring

Requirements

  • 15+ years healthcare analytics leadership, payer operations focus
  • Power BI mastery — has personally built and maintained production-scale Power BI environments at enterprise scale
  • Data warehouse and ETL design experience at production scale
  • Direct experience producing regulator-facing reporting (OPM, CMS, state DOI)
  • Vendor performance dashboard and SLA reporting design experience
  • Former Director, Analytics or VP, Data & Insights at a payer organization
  • Federal program reporting experience — FEHB, PSHB, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid
  • DAX expertise
  • advanced data modeling and report optimization in Power BI
  • Experience partnering with technology services or IT on data foundation design
  • Must be able to be on site every other week
