Job Description

Al-Fa Perio is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join our expanding multidisciplinary private clinic one day per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a modern, specialist-led environment alongside an established team focused on delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and a premium patient experience. We are looking for a surgeon who shares our commitment to clinical excellence, ethical patient care, and natural aesthetic outcomes within a high-end private setting.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and assessments
  • Develop tailored treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices
  • Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based surgical and aesthetic treatments
  • Maintain exceptional standards of clinical documentation and patient communication
  • Work collaboratively with Specialists, Hygienists, and the wider clinical team
  • Contribute to an outstanding patient experience from consultation through to aftercare
  • Ensure compliance with GMC standards, consent protocols, and clinical governance requirements

Requirements

  • Holds GMC Specialist Registration in Plastic Surgery or equivalent
  • Has experience working within private practice or aesthetic settings
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is professional, patient-focused, and clinically meticulous
  • Has a strong interest in natural aesthetic outcomes and patient satisfaction
  • Values ethical treatment planning and multidisciplinary collaboration
  • Is confident in building long-term patient relationships
  • Applicants must hold the right to work in the UK
