The business works at the intersection of data, technology and marketing to deliver measurable revenue growth across ticketing, partnerships and digital channels. Two Circles is seeking an experienced paid media specialist to support the delivery of media services across a portfolio of global sports properties. This role focuses on leading paid media strategy and delivering high-quality campaign execution across complex, often multi-territory marketing operations.
Job Responsibility
Lead paid media delivery across multiple client projects, being accountable for strong media performance
Work with teams to build and optimise campaigns across key media channels (typically a combination of social, search, programmatic, OOH)
Identify performance issues and implement clear, effective optimisation strategies
Manage budgets, pacing and campaign structures across live activity
Support the development of media plans and strategic recommendations
Oversee tracking implementation across campaigns, events and conversion points
Deliver clear reporting with actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution
Support knowledge sharing and upskilling within the paid media team
Requirements
Paid search expertise including campaign structure, bidding strategies and feed-based activity
Paid social expertise across common platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok and others) including audience strategy, creative testing and optimisation
Proven ability to lead in-platform optimisations and performance troubleshooting
Experience managing multi-market or event-based campaigns with complex timelines
Working knowledge of media tracking and measurement, including pixels, conversion tracking and common analytics platforms such as GA4
Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Confident in client servicing and stakeholder management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
