These are exciting opportunities for candidates of different levels of experience to join a global consultancy in a market-facing role where you will take the lead on scheme strategy and structure across workplace pensions. In this key position, you can expect to gain exposure to a diverse range of workstreams including: investment policy; governance, including setting up governance committees; wider benefit and reward strategy; statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation; and compliance. Technically proficient, you will additionally use tools and innovative technology solutions to increase quality, productivity and data insights. To be successful in the role, you will have a proven track record of advising on DC scheme design, investment fund ranges, suitable default funds and charging structures (for assistant manager level) or, ideally, an understanding of the wider UK pensions and benefits landscape (for consultant level). Highly effective people management and relationship building skills are also essential.
