Job Responsibility

Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including system setup, configuration, and alignment with business processes
Conduct functional testing, validate system configurations, and ensure successful deployments
Provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolving functional issues efficiently
Develop Functional Design Documents, perform testing, and maintain documentation
Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Support clients during UAT and Hyper Care phases
Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery
