Job Description:

We are on the hunt for our next Consultant Liaison Manager. If you’re a relationship builder who loves AV and wants to work with world-class brands on projects that make an impact, this is the role for you. At MadisonAV, we don’t just distribute products, we bring to life some of the most exciting AV projects in Australia. From stadiums and arenas to universities, government precincts, and corporate headquarters, we work with world-renowned brands to deliver cutting-edge audio, video, control, signage, and conferencing solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Be the connector, the relationship-builder, and the trusted advisor who ensures MadisonAV’s brands are front of mind with Australia’s AV consultants
Make our world-class solutions the go-to choice for consultants designing the biggest and most exciting projects in the country
Ensure MadisonAV is written into the specs for projects from boardrooms to stadiums

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in the AV industry—ideally working with consultants, in specification sales, or in a technical business development role
Strong technical knowledge of professional AV (audio, video distribution & control, conferencing, signage, assistive listening)
A natural relationship-builder with outstanding presentation, communication, and influencing skills
Someone who thrives on building trust with consultants and technical stakeholders
Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and activity reporting

Nice to have:

Bonus points if you hold an AVIXA CTS or CTS-D certification and/or tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or ICT
