Job Responsibility:

  • Provide technical leadership for design, delivery, and support of the data integration between various Baxter ERP systems and corporate Supply Planning system RapidResponse.
  • Lead the technical design, implementation, and support of application integration solutions that address business requirements and meet Baxter standards.
  • Provide end to end support for ERP <->RapidResponse data integration solution to ensure business continuity. Responsible for establishing proactive maintenance processes, monitoring capabilities, performance metrics and SLAs for solution integrations.
  • Drive root cause analysis on incidents and identify remediation to avoid future occurrences.
  • Participate in large, complex, projects following Agile and/or SDLC methodologies. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for IT scope.
  • Participate with business and IT to set technology strategy and roadmap. Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions or improvements to existing technologies that support business and IT strategy.
  • Collaborate with Product Owner to manage the Change Request backlog, prioritize projects and enhancements based on impact and alignment with goals and strategy
  • Serve as the liaison between business and IT. Work directly with business partners to identify requirements and engage IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop System documentation including specifications, procedures, and training materials
  • Develop, prepare, review and document testing requirements and test data for complex system testing.
  • Work cooperatively with technical personnel across IT to accomplish enterprise-wide goals. Identify and implement process improvements in the application architecture and/or infrastructure of the existing systems.
  • Participate in the building of new and on-going application vendor relationships. Provide input for contract negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant technical experience, including systems analysis, design and implementation of Enterprise applications like JDEdwards, ETL etc.,
  • Experience with Supply Chain business processes
  • Strong English and Spanish language skills required, must be comfortable conversing in English
  • Experience with various ERP, ETL, storage, and Enterprise applications like JDE 9.2, Datastage, Globalscape, Mulesoft, Amazon A3, Snowflake, SQL etc.,
  • Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology
  • Strong project management skills and experience deploying technology globally
  • Experience developing and executing testing models and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to develop creative solutions that solve complex technical and business challenges
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal including solid presentation skills
  • Ability to establish strong relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders at all levels
