We are now looking for ambitious and experienced consultants to strengthen our Operations & Improvement team in Stockholm. Our Operations and Improvement team works with clients across all major sectors. The team works on strategy through to implementation on issues critical to the growth and prosperity of business operations across the world. Our typical client projects include enterprise wide cost reduction programs, supply chain network and logistics optimisation, manufacturing capacity improvement and scaling, designing and delivering the supply chains and manufacturing capabilities of tomorrow, driving incremental and transformational change as well as agile transformations.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver performance improvement initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Analyse performance, identify improvement opportunities and design solutions
  • Own deliverables and timelines as part of PMO support
  • Collaborate with senior consultants to lead organizational change
  • Help clients realize business benefits through improved processes and governance

Requirements

  • Expertise within the area of performance improvement, agile operations, operational excellence and/or supply chain management
  • Experience from consulting within the sectors of manufacturing, transport and/or defense
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
