Medical degree
Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise
MRCOG
Relevant CCT or CESR

Job Responsibility

Provide high-quality consultant-led antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care
Participate in the labour ward consultant presence to support safe maternity services
Manage high-risk obstetric patients and emergency obstetric presentations
Contribute to the delivery suite daytime cover and the overnight/weekend on-call rota
Support maternity transformation and service improvement programmes
Deliver comprehensive general gynaecology services for inpatients and outpatients
Manage emergency gynaecology presentations and urgent referrals
Run outpatient clinics for new and follow-up patients
Participate in specialist services such as Urogynaecology, Gynae-oncology, Colposcopy, Early Pregnancy Assessment, Ambulatory gynaecology, Postmenopausal bleeding clinics, Hysteroscopy and scanning services
Supervise, train, and assess junior doctors and multidisciplinary staff
