Consultant in HR Administration

• Develop expertise in HR administration processes within a global environment by managing employee data and organizational requests in our HR system (Workday) and payroll system (SAP), ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations in Latvia
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
• Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management system, ServiceNow, by responding to employee inquiries and providing accurate and timely support
• Be responsible for maintaining accurate HR documentation and ensuring proper archiving in compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
• Broaden your knowledge of European labor law and regulations

• Higher education (preferably in Human Resources or a related field)
• Good knowledge of Latvian Labor Law
• Fluency in Latvian and English for communication with European colleagues
• Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday or SAP is considered an advantage
