At Logistics Reply, we are hiring an experienced Java Developer with a strong background in enterprise application development, scalable backend systems, and performance-focused database integration. You’ll be instrumental in building, maintaining, and optimizing complex systems that serve critical business functions. This role requires not only strong coding abilities in Java and Java EE but also an in-depth understanding of architectural principles, best practices, and deployment strategies in production environments.
Job Responsibility:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Java EE, and JSF
Build clean, modular, and scalable code following SOLID principles and object-oriented programming best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and MVC architecture
Create and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures with a deep focus on performance tuning and operations at scale
Manage database normalization and denormalization strategies for data integrity and performance
Ensure ACID compliance and transactional integrity across applications
Write shell scripts for automation, deployment, and system maintenance
Support Unix/Linux server environments, including routine monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting
Implement and manage Continuous Deployment pipelines and CI/CD best practices
Contribute to technical documentation, design reviews, and code quality enforcement
Requirements:
3+ years of professional experience in Java development
Strong hands-on experience with Java EE, JSF, and XHTML
Proficiency in SQL (including indexes, query plans, and optimization techniques)
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming and SOLID design principles
Experience designing systems using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Strong familiarity with MVC-based web application frameworks
Understanding of database normalization and denormalization trade-offs
Knowledge of ACID compliance and transactional integrity models
Experience with Continuous Deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and related tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)
Nice to have:
Experience with shell scripting in Unix/Linux environments
Experience with Unix/Linux server management
Familiarity with disaster recovery strategies and business continuity planning
