The full-scale invasion by the Russian Federation has caused significant losses in Ukraine’s cultural sector, including the destruction of cultural heritage sites, infrastructure, and the disruption of established mechanisms for financing and sectoral development. In these conditions, effective communication of state policy in the field of culture, recovery processes, and international cooperation becomes critically important. To coordinate recovery and transformation processes in the cultural sector, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine is establishing a Recovery Support Office with support from UNESCO and funding provided by the Government of Japan, which will provide analytical, project-based, and communication support for key initiatives. Visual communication is a critical component of this work, as it ensures: - informing the public; - supporting international cooperation; - presenting recovery plans and results; - building trust in government initiatives. In this context, the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine requires professional support in graphic design to develop a unified visual identity and ensure high-quality visual communication of its activities.
