Job Description

Join a specialist dermatology service and play a key role in supporting skin cancer pathway delivery. In this role, you will: Review teledermatology images and referrals; Assess suspected skin cancer cases and determine treatment pathways; Provide consultant-level clinical oversight and decision-making; Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings; Support the service during periods without substantive consultant cover; Deliver expert medical dermatology advice where required; Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.

Requirements

  • GMC registration with a licence to practise
  • Consultant Dermatologist status
  • Extensive experience within UK dermatology services
  • Strong knowledge of UK skin cancer pathways
  • Experience managing skin cancer referrals and teledermatology cases
  • Excellent communication and MDT working skills
  • Ability to work independently within a remote environment
