As part of our global Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role as an internal consultant driving improvements across our Product, Delivery, and Client Excellence functions. This role goes beyond execution — you will work closely with cross-regional stakeholders to analyze challenges, design solutions, and implement initiatives that directly enhance business performance. Job Responsibility:

  • Act as an internal consultant to identify, analyze, and solve business challenges across product development, delivery processes, and client engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering or related fields
  • 3–4 years of experience in business consulting or a similar role with strong exposure to process improvement and stakeholder management
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders across different functions and regions
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken), as you will collaborate with international colleagues
  • Appreciation of teamwork and a collaborative mindset
  • (For male candidates in Turkey) No military obligation or with a valid deferment of at least 2 years
