Job Responsibility

  • Development of innovative and sustainable concepts at building and neighbourhood level
  • Advising all project participants across all service phases with a focus on life cycle costs, life cycle assessment and materiality
  • Sustainability assessment of ongoing and completed projects and maintenance of our internal database
  • Independent implementation of certification processes (DGNB, LEED, BNB), including preparation of relevant documentation, coordination of all parties involved and communication with testing authorities
  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with our internal departments focusing on sustainability (building services engineering, building physics)
  • Further development and optimisation of internal CO2 tools

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture or building physics
  • Several years of professional experience desirable
  • Experience in life cycle assessment is an advantage
  • Ideally, training as a DGNB consultant, DGNB auditor or LEED AP
  • Very good German language skills
  • English language skills are a plus
  • Enjoy taking on responsibility, actively contributing and working in a team
  • Motivation and enthusiasm for sustainable, innovative solutions in construction

Nice to have

  • Experience in life cycle assessment is an advantage
