Join our team of experts in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice who focus on applying technical experience and a value driven methodology to help our clients solve various challenges within complex operational environments.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with the biggest Lithuanian and international private entities from financial and other various industries
  • Assist clients in complying with legal requirements in areas of anti-money laundering, counter terrorist financing
  • Use problem solving and critical thinking skills to quickly identify business process deficiencies, evaluate their implications, and draw the appropriate conclusions to best advise our clients
  • Consult with engagement leadership and clients on strategic plans and other business matters, and help to anticipate emerging risks for our clients
  • Perform project tasks independently
  • Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
  • Manage own personal and professional development
  • seek opportunities for professional growth and expansion of advisory skills and experience

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in AML and / or compliance and / or risk management
  • Analytical thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian (both speaking and writing)
  • Passionate about: #AML #compliance #riskmanagement

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with Anti-Money Laundering regulations
  • Certifications including CIA, CRMA, CFE, CAMS
