As a Microsoft Consultant within Industry Solutions Delivery, you will contribute to the design, build, and deployment of AI‑enabled business solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 Copilots, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure. The role combines strong technical execution with customer collaboration, supporting AI‑augmented workflows, Copilot experiences, and intelligent automation scenarios. You will work as part of delivery teams to implement reliable, secure, and scalable solutions that accelerate customer adoption of Microsoft AI capabilities and deliver measurable business outcomes. Job Responsibility:

  • Support customer engagements by helping translate business requirements into AI‑enabled solution designs, including Copilot use cases, intelligent workflows, and automation scenarios aligned to Microsoft platforms.
  • Contribute hands‑on to the implementation of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 solutions, including Copilot Studio and AI‑assisted capabilities, to accelerate customer adoption and value realization.
  • Support innovation through the implementation of AI‑augmented features such as intelligent case handling, summarization, recommendations, conversational experiences, and Copilot‑driven productivity scenarios.
  • Ensure solutions align with approved architecture and security guidelines, contributing to build specifications, testing activities, and operational documentation for AI‑enabled and Copilot solutions.
  • Identify and escalate technical risks related to AI‑enabled solutions, including data access, security, compliance, performance, and solution reliability, working with senior team members on mitigation plans.
  • Support deployment and stabilization of solutions, assisting with troubleshooting, configuration adjustments, and user adoption for Copilot and AI‑integrated workloads.
  • Apply configure‑before‑customize principles while contributing to delivery plans that consider AI capabilities, extensibility, data dependencies, and long‑term maintainability of Copilot and Power Platform solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience contributing to the delivery of enterprise solutions on Microsoft platforms, including Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Azure, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting full solution lifecycle: requirements, build, test, deployment, and post‑go‑live support
  • Hands‑on implementation experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, M365 Copilot.
  • Exposure to Microsoft 365 Copilot and/or Copilot Studio scenarios (e.g., conversational bots, workflow automation, knowledge grounding)
  • Proven delivery of Dynamics 365 CE/Power Platform solutions, M365 Copilot Solutions, plus experience building AI-infused workflows (recommendations, summarization, case routing, contact center assist, sales/service copilots) with production-grade engineering practices.
  • Experience building or extending solutions involving Copilots, AI‑assisted workflows, or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
  • Desirable experience includes Azure solution development, Contact Center solutions, Copilot Studio, and building GenAI/agentic experiences (tool-use orchestration, retrieval grounding, evaluation/quality loops, safety/guardrails).
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as prompting, data grounding, content generation, and responsible AI practices
  • Experience with Agile delivery and DevOps practices
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with delivery teams and customer stakeholders, explain AI‑enabled features, and support adoption of Copilot solutions across geographies and delivery models.
  • Ability in developing strategic ongoing customer relationships, gaining trust of stakeholders and respect for the company through technical leadership.
  • Ability to identify technical risks before they occur and to develop mitigation and avoidance strategies
  • IC role, hence, should know the art of influence without authority
  • Strong experience in offshore/onsite working model and working with different geographies and cultures.
