Job Description:

Join a growing company as an ERP Project Manager – Finance & Accounting and take part in a strategic project to implement a new ERP system within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the ERP implementation project in collaboration with the Finance and IT teams and stakeholders
Analyze user needs and propose adapted solutions to optimize accounting and financial processes
Coordinate the various project stakeholders (internal teams, consultants, integrators) and ensure compliance with deadlines and budget
Accompany the change by training and supporting the Finance & Accounting teams in the adoption of the new tool
Manage testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of the system after implementation

Requirements:

Proven experience in ERP project management (ideally SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday...)
In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial processes
Excellent coordination, communication and change management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-paced environment
