We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Construction Tutor to join our team in Durham. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the careers of T-Level students, balancing hands-on practical site training with essential classroom theory. Job Responsibility

  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on practical tutoring to T-Level students live on-site
  • Assist students with the theoretical and academic elements of their construction curriculum
  • Provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to help students meet industry standards
  • Ensure all practical on-site activities comply strictly with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Strong, proven experience and deep knowledge within the construction sector
  • Prior experience in tutoring, teaching, or assessing is highly desirable (especially with T-Levels or young adults)
  • The ability to break down complex practical skills and theoretical concepts into easy-to-understand lessons
  • Ready to hit the ground running with an ASAP start
  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
