Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Structural Supervisor coordinates all construction activities related to Structural discipline, facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders, ensuring they are carried out in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements.

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure all construction & commissioning activities are carried out at site according to the approved plans, specifications and project schedule, in compliance with HSSE & Quality regulations and standards
  • Supervise the daily operations at site including workforce management, material handling, and equipment usage and ensuring the site team is working with latest project drawings, specifications and procedures
  • Enforce HSSE protocols and procedures to ensure all construction activities comply with company regulations and standards
  • Coordinate between the construction team, project management, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or conflicts
  • Provide guidance and resolving challenges to achieve seamless transitions and handovers
  • Implement changes to the construction plan or scope, assessing impacts on the project
  • Prepare and submit reports to the project management team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Strong experience in construction and commissioning, particularly within structural disciplines
  • Exposure to hull/topsides, modularized facilities, or fabrication yard environments is an advantage
  • FSO/FPSO related project experience is a plus

  • Preferably formal training in QA/QC functional aspects
