Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity based in the firm’s Leicester office and would suit a solicitor with 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience. The role sits within a dynamic and growing team that handles a broad spectrum of construction work, spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. You'll work closely with an experienced partner, gaining exposure to high-quality work and high-profile clients across various sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a broad spectrum of construction work, spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters

Requirements:

Between 3–6 years’ PQE, with demonstrable experience in construction law – contentious, non-contentious, or ideally a mix of both
A solid understanding of construction law principles and relevant contractual frameworks (e.g. JCT, NEC)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike
A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in business development
A collaborative working style and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
