Job Description:

A leading international law firm is looking for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Construction & Engineering team in Birmingham, handling major infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects. The role involves both contentious and non-contentious work, offering top-tier projects and meaningful career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Advising on industry-standard forms like NEC4, JCT, FIDIC
exposure to high-value disputes
handling contracts and project advisory work.

Requirements:

Qualified construction lawyer (ideally 2+ PQE)
strong technical skills
proactive, commercial mindset
confident working closely with clients
keen to develop practice
