Job Description

This role involves working with a diverse client base advising on construction projects, with the option to handle non-contentious cases exclusively or a mixed caseload. You'll work within a team of 11 solicitors and partners, with opportunities to progress and build your network through business development activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Advise on a range of construction projects across key sectors like Retail and Energy
  • handle either a strictly Non-Contentious caseload or a mixed caseload (approximate split of 65/35)
  • collaborate with partners and colleagues across the firm
  • engage in business development to expand your network and client base.

Requirements

  • 5+ years PQE as a Construction Solicitor
  • experience in non-contentious or mixed non-contentious and contentious construction caseload
  • experience working on projects in sectors like Retail and Energy
  • ability to work collaboratively with partners and colleagues
  • skills in business development to expand the network and client base.

Nice to have

  • strong interpersonal and networking skills
