A Top 100 national firm with an international presence is undergoing significant growth, seeking Construction Solicitors (2+ PQE) with experience in contentious and/or non-contentious matters. The role involves advising developers, funders, contractors, and consultants on residential, commercial, and mixed-use schemes, along with high-profile cladding and building safety issues. This close-knit team provides high-quality work, a flexible environment, and clear progression paths.

Job Responsibility

  • Advising across both contentious and non-contentious matters
  • Drafting JCT/NEC contracts and related construction documents
  • Advising on disputes, project documentation, and strategic risk management
  • Supporting Building Safety Act advisory work

Requirements

  • 2+ PQE in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or mixed)
  • Confident drafting JCT/NEC contracts and related construction documents
  • Experience with adjudications and/or litigation desirable but not essential
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, commercial mindset
