Job Description:

Sacco Mann are looking for a talented and motivated Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a dynamic Construction team in Stamford. This role offers the opportunity to develop your expertise within a supportive team environment, with the potential for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

  • handle a diverse range of complex construction and engineering disputes
  • provide expert advice to clients across the entire construction industry spectrum
  • manage disputes that encompass technical challenges arising from both commercial and residential developments
  • gain exposure to various dispute resolution methods such as adjudication, mediation, and litigation
  • assist with drafting building contracts, consultant appointments, and reviewing construction documentation
