Completion of post-secondary studies in construction, building technology, engineering or a similar field is preferred
National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certification and Journeyman Carpenter ticket is preferred
Must have experience managing projects in excess of $15 million
Must possess strong communication skills, both verbally and written

Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution (Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred)

Job Responsibility

Manage site logistics including deliveries, offloading, inventory control, storage, and staging of materials for both KDW and subcontractors
Coordinate and manage night shift concrete pours as required by project schedules
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and organization standards
Implement and enforce comprehensive KDW safety policies and procedures
Ensure consistent quality control throughout all phases of construction
Maintain Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) compliance
Maintain accurate as-built drawings throughout project lifecycle
Provide daily field coordination and real-time conflict resolution for subcontractors and KDW staff
