We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Construction Manager to lead a prestigious, high-end residential development in Mytilene. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks
  • Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment
  • Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track
  • Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
