We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Construction Manager to lead a prestigious, high-end residential development in Mytilene. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee complex civil works and premium architectural finishes, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of luxury and craftsmanship.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks
  • Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment
  • Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track
  • Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines
  • Prepare and submit technical files and documentation as required by the project

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
  • 5 years of experience in a similar position, in construction site management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
  • Strong ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations

  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
