Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Site Construction Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee civil works projects, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the daily activities and progress of civil works projects, ensuring the smooth execution of all tasks
  • Review network plans and provide guidance on their implementation
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate their efforts to ensure project timelines and quality standards
  • Handle logistics, including managing supplies of materials, machines, and equipment
  • Assess potential project risks and evaluate materials and costs to keep the project on track
  • Ensure compliance with relevant permits, safety regulations, and company guidelines
  • Prepare and submit technical files and documentation as required by the project

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in construction site management
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Organize any valuable action to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and bring costs back to budget levels
