Job Description

This position is responsible for managing the rehabilitation / renovation / capital improvement projects for a region, or regions, of the company. Manages a team of varied Construction Services employees at individual property sites ensuring all projects within the region are completed within quality standards, on time, within budget and with internal and external communication that meets best practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage onsite Construction Service Specialists and Foremen
  • Coordinate work activities with vendors and contractors
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure safety and physical integrity
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems
  • Develop scopes of work, timelines, and project parameters
  • Monitor progress including worker productivity and compliance with codes
  • Interview, hire, train, and supervise associates
  • Complete various reports and analysis
