Our Construction Services (Temporary Works) Team specialises in assessing construction methodologies and detailing the engineering works required for successful delivery. We provide a full range of temporary works and construction engineering services across Australia, with a focus on safe, innovative and practical solutions to some of the most complex challenges in project delivery. Working seamlessly with clients, contractors and stakeholders, we ensure every solution integrates with the wider project, never in isolation.
Job Responsibility:
Lead, manage projects, delegate workload, and engage directly with key clients
Mentoring others and driving innovative approaches in temporary works design
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
2+ years of demonstrated senior-level design experience in temporary works, certifications and detailed design
Ability to critically assess and review designs by others
Knowledge of construction methodology and its impact on design outcomes
Strong problem-solving skills with a creative, “outside the box” mindset
Experience mentoring and supporting junior engineers
CPEng qualified (or working towards accreditation)
Nice to have:
