Ninyo & Moore, a SOCOTEC Company has an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Construction Services Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ.

Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects
  • Providing clients with high-quality customer service
  • Communicating client needs to field staff
  • Inputting data into scheduling software
  • Preparing field files for staff
  • Performing miscellaneous administrative duties, including: Answering telephones and greeting clients at the front desk
  • Document organization and filing
  • Providing administrative support to project managers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of dispatching experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for occasional after-hours and weekend coordination of field staff
