Job Description:

The role involves working on high-end contentious construction matters, managing Junior Associates, and building your own client portfolio. Career progression opportunities are significant, with clear paths to Partnership within 18 months. The role is within a renowned team dealing with complex disputes for various clients, including contractors, developers, local authorities, architects, and engineers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with Partners on high-end contentious construction matters
  • Manage Junior Associates
  • Develop and manage a client portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Experience in contentious construction matters
  • Ability to manage own caseload with team support
  • Interest in handling complex cases with a diverse client base
  • Ambition to develop a client portfolio.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in client development
  • Familiarity with adjudication, arbitration, mediation, and litigation in construction disputes.
