Job Description

Wolfe House & Building Movers construction sales estimators work with our customers to assess and develop building lifts and moves from the first contact, to the contract, and throughout the project. This job offers a well-rounded combination of office work, site visits, and customer interaction, with opportunity for advancement into a managerial role. This is a full-time position, with some overtime on a regular basis.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to initial customer contacts, create project files, develop and present ballpark quotes
  • Schedule and make site visits for projects as they move into the appropriate stage of development
  • Develop, deliver, and follow up on firm proposals to bring them to the contract stage
  • Confirm contract specifications, order insurance certificates, and create, distribute, and modify contracts as needed
  • Follow up on the sales process at all stages in a consistent, professional manner
  • Respond to customer complaints, investigating and resolving conflicts
  • Maintain vehicle & estimating supplies
  • Assist with project management as needed

Requirements

  • Construction sales, estimation, or project management experience
