Construction Quality Engineer

• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC processes
• Ensure installations meet company standards, client expectations, and contract requirements
• Perform site visits, first-install reviews, and ongoing inspections to verify quality compliance
• Develop and maintain quality control checklists and site-specific instructions
• Attend pre-task and coordination meetings, providing input on quality expectations and scope reviews
• Document findings through detailed field reports and track quality issues through resolution
• Conduct root cause analysis and document findings with clear recommendations and corrective actions
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to execute warranty repairs and solutions
• Assist in the development and continuous improvement of Findorff’s Quality Program
• Develop and maintain quality documentation, templates, and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams (Preconstruction, VDC, MEP, Special Projects, etc.) to strengthen quality initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–5 years of construction experience
• Understanding of building systems, construction materials, and methods
• Experience with QA/QC processes and construction software preferred

Exposure to building envelope systems, inspections, or forensics is a plus
