Construction Project Manager

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with all departments involved in project execution
• Bid Management & Contracts: Actively contribute to strategy development, proposal preparation, bid management, contract negotiation, and drafting, as well as organizing supplier meetings
• Team Coordination: Ensure smooth workflow management in collaboration with the superintendent and support staff
• Priority Management: Define project objectives while ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and design plans
• Administrative & Financial Oversight: Review and approve purchase orders and change orders, participate in invoice coding, and ensure accurate financial management
• Analysis & Reporting: Assess forecasts, schedules, cost estimates, and financial reports while maintaining clear communication with the owner regarding any deviations
• Project Closure: Oversee the final project report and ensure the efficient closing of subcontractor agreements

• 5 to 10 years in project management with a general contractor or in a similar role within the construction industry
• Membership in the OIQ is an asset
• Ability to efficiently organize work, handle pressure, and meet tight deadlines
• Strong focus on quality, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction
