Job Description:

A growing construction consultancy in London is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead multiple projects across the commercial and residential sectors. This is a key opportunity for a Project Manager to take ownership of project delivery from day one, joining a close-knit team delivering complex schemes with a strong reputation for quality and consistency.

Job Responsibility:

Lead projects from feasibility to completion
Manage client expectations
Coordinate design and contractor teams
Ensure delivery to programme, cost and quality benchmarks
Chair meetings
Manage tenders
Produce valuations and reports
Administer JCT Design and Build contracts
Oversee project compliance
Review technical drawings
Act as main point of contact for all stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience delivering construction projects within a consultancy
Excellent knowledge of JCT Design and Build contracts (2016)
Degree in Project Management, Construction or similar
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident managing clients, consultants, and contractors
Ability to work independently and lead junior staff
Chartered or on the APC pathway (full support provided)
