Construction Project Manager

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of data center and large-scale builds
• Oversee structural, MEP, and IT infrastructure critical to data center operations
• Manage project budgets, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure scope alignment
• Ensure compliance with Tier III/Tier IV standards, codes, and safety programs
• Report project status to executives, resolve issues, and maintain client relationships
• Manage commissioning, integrated systems testing, and project turnover

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of construction management experience, including 3+ in mission-critical or large-scale projects
• Experience delivering $50M+ projects
• Knowledge of data center standards (Uptime Institute, ASHRAE, NEC)
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and client management skills
• PMP or CCM certification preferred
