We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our London team. In this role, you’ll help us scale our physical footprint by overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects that power our marketplace operations.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the Construction Lifecycle: Take full ownership of projects from initial site feasibility and design through to fit-out, snagging, and final handover
Manage Complex Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for internal teams—including Legal, Operations, and Finance—ensuring alignment on project timelines and commercial goals
Drive Vendor Excellence: Source, appoint, and manage external contractors and consultants, ensuring all work meets our high standards for safety, quality, and cost-efficiency
Execute High-Stakes Prioritisation: Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, making rapid, data-backed decisions to keep projects on track
Deliver Financial Rigour: Maintain strict control over project budgets, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to prevent overspends or delays
Requirements:
Significant experience managing the full lifecycle of commercial fit-out or construction projects within a high-growth industry
A track record of holding contractors and external partners accountable to strict KPIs and safety standards
Proven ability to navigate complex organisational structures and influence senior decision-makers to achieve project milestones
Strong understanding of how to operate effectively in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift rapidly
Nice to have:
RICS, RIBA, or Prince2 certification is a plus
Experience specifically within the food-tech, industrial kitchen, or rapid-delivery real estate sectors
