Construction Project Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Lead projects from kickoff to completion
  • Manage budgets, schedules, resources & timelines
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, consultants & field teams
  • Oversee construction, remodels & rollout programs
  • Conduct site visits and monitor project progress
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety & compliance standards
  • Build strong client relationships and communicate project updates professionally
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously while staying organized and solution-focused

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of Construction Project Management experience
  • Background in retail, restaurant, or commercial construction preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication & organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with VISIO, Adobe, or Oracle is a plus
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
