Job Description:

A thriving Construction Consultancy on the path of growth are seeking a results-driven and highly effective Construction Project Manager to join their team in London. The candidate will oversee diverse projects within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors while managing day-to-day project execution, leading the design team, and exceeding client expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing the day-to-day project execution
Leading the design team
Crafting innovative solutions
Administering contracts
Refining and implementing project documentation and processes
Consistently exceeding client expectations

Requirements:

RICS, APM, CIOB accredited or working towards
Extensive experience in the retail sector
Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 is preferable
Experience in a client facing role/construction consultancy/client organisation
Enthusiastic and strong work ethic

Nice to have:

Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2
