Job Responsibility:
Participate in the creation of project concepts, design management, and supervision
Ensure timely approvals and project coordination
Prepare, oversee, control, manage budgets and schedules
Develop construction projects and supervise whole construction process
Coordination of contractors and suppliers involved in the construction process
Manage procurement processes
Analysis of constructive, technical solutions
Communication with state authorities in solving issues related to project development
Maintain close communication and collaboration with other related departments (development, leasing, procurement, legal, finance)
Regularly report the progress and status of the works to the higher management
Requirements:
A higher education degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or similar
At least 4-5 years’ experience as construction project manager (in RE development / general contracting organization) and knowledge of legal acts regulation in area
Knowledge of design and construction processes and technologies
Experience in management of large-scale construction projects at all project’s stages (from design to submission to state authorities)
Good Latvian and English (in communication with head office) languages skills
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Analytical and time scheduling skills
Ability to coordinate own and partners’ work
Good knowledge with MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project
Ability to spend part of the time on business trips (approximately once per month for 1-2 days)
