Job Description:

An innovative Construction Consultancy are actively in search of an energetic and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join their team, situated in London.

Job Responsibility:

Overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish across both public and private sectors
Managing initial RIBA stages and strategic project planning
Handling cutting-edge projects, including remodelling, occasional new construction, CAT A refurbishments, and CAT B occupier fit-outs

Requirements:

Preferably RICS accredited or with intent of achieving
Construction/ Project Management/ Building Surveying degree
Background working within a Construction Consultancy ideally for a minimum of 2 years
Extensive experience across varied construction sectors
Valid UK driving licence
