Job Responsibility:
Simultaneously coordinate approximately four redevelopment or new construction projects
Ensure rigorous management of administrative documents for public and institutional projects
Collaborate closely with superintendents and subcontractors on sites in Laval and the greater Montreal area
Actively participate in weekly team meetings to optimize processes
Ensure compliance with budgets, schedules, and the strictest safety standards
Requirements:
Hold a degree in civil engineering or construction management
Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience mandatorily acquired with a general contractor
Demonstrate excellent mastery of public project management
Show great autonomy and an ability to navigate complex administrative structures
Have an approach focused on solutions and teamwork
