Manage all on-site construction activities including scheduling subcontractors, vendor tool installations, and resolving real-time field issues
Act as the liaison between Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and vendors to ensure alignment on scope, design, and execution
Develop and optimize construction plans including sequencing, logistics, crane operations, and tool installation strategies
Oversee procurement and installation of long-lead equipment, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Perform site walks, respond to RFIs, and troubleshoot field challenges alongside engineering teams
Track project budgets, schedules, and progress using project controls tools
provide weekly reporting to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, drawings, and specifications while driving a strong safety culture
Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, or high-tech construction projects (manufacturing, semiconductors, data centers, etc.)
Strong knowledge across MEP, structural, and civil scopes with ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specs
Experience managing schedules, budgets, RFIs, and subcontractors in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Proficiency in construction/project tools (MS Project or P6, Bluebeam, Aconex, PlanGrid, Excel)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
Willingness to be highly field-focused and hands-on during critical execution phases
