Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multi‑site construction activities, including contract compliance, schedule management, site coordination, safety oversight, quality control, and closeout. This role serves as the central contact for contractors, design teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.

Job Responsibility:

Manage construction contracts, enforce requirements, review change orders, and support cost/schedule decision‑making
Coordinate activities across general contractors, specialty contractors, developers, and OFCI vendors to prevent conflicts and maintain workflow
Monitor safety compliance, report incidents, and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Identify schedule risks, recommend acceleration options, and evaluate impacts from project changes
Oversee site logistics, OFCI equipment receipt, access requests, and timely RFI responses
Review inspection reports, resolve quality issues, and participate in meetings and site walks
Maintain snag lists, closeout documentation, issue logs, and provide weekly progress updates

Requirements:

3–4+ years of experience in construction project management
Strong background in: Construction management
Scheduling
Safety oversight and procurement coordination
Ability to read construction drawings and interpret specifications
Experience coordinating multiple contractors and OFCI workflows
Strong communication, documentation, and risk‑management skills

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Experience managing multi‑site or large‑scale construction programs
Familiarity with formal change‑management processes and project controls
