Seeking a construction Project Manager with experience working on site work and paving projects for both private & DOT clients. Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in site work and paving projects, catering to both private and Department of Transportation (DOT) clients. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality services through effective project management and technical expertise. They value innovation and teamwork, and are looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic team.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee and manage all phases of site work and paving projects, from pre-construction to completion
  • Coordinate buyout processes, scheduling, and procurement of materials
  • Manage in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  • Track project billing, budgets, and quantities to maintain financial accountability
  • Implement effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of construction practices related to earthwork, underground utilities, and asphalt pavement
  • Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Job and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site work, paving, engineering, or civil construction as a Project Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
