Seeking a construction Project Manager with experience working on site work and paving projects for both private & DOT clients. Our client is a leading construction firm specializing in site work and paving projects, catering to both private and Department of Transportation (DOT) clients. Their team is committed to delivering high-quality services through effective project management and technical expertise. They value innovation and teamwork, and are looking for an experienced professional to join their dynamic team.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee and manage all phases of site work and paving projects, from pre-construction to completion
Coordinate buyout processes, scheduling, and procurement of materials
Manage in-house crews and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards
Track project billing, budgets, and quantities to maintain financial accountability
Implement effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of construction practices related to earthwork, underground utilities, and asphalt pavement
Proficiency in HCSS Heavy Job and Microsoft Office Suite
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site work, paving, engineering, or civil construction as a Project Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
