  • Coordination with Operations teams to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer
  • Contribution to client reporting and delivery of project deliverables
  • Organization of training sessions and on-site onboarding for operational teams
  • Participation in project meetings and preparation of minutes and follow-up action lists

  • Budget tracking in collaboration with Finance and Project teams
  • Contribution to continuous improvement of project management tools and processes
  • Support for environmental certification processes (e.g. BREEAM)
  • Assistance with implementation of environmental policies (waste management, carbon reduction initiatives)
  • Participation in commercial and pre-sales activities for complex technical solutions
  • Contribution to client audits when required
  • Support in the deployment of internal tools (e.g. Oracle, Unifier) for risk management, reporting, and cost tracking

Requirements

  • Engineering degree (civil engineering, electrical engineering, general engineering, or urban planning/development)
  • 5+ years’ experience in construction projects or real estate development, site supervision, and project coordination
  • International exposure or the ability to work in a multicultural environment is a plus
