Job Responsibility

  • Review and analyze bid RFP documentation to understand project requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive bid review while coordinating in-house work versus subcontracting needs
  • Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure accurate scope coverage
  • Develop cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion utilizing available resources effectively
  • Prepare and submit subcontract agreements and purchase orders for senior management approval while ensuring compliance with governmental regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Science, or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years in SABER/JOC PM/Estimating)
  • Active/activatable Secret or TS clearance required
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction project management, and safety standards
  • Proficiency in project management and scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in SABER/JOC/IDIQ environments
  • Some travel will be required both CONUS and OCONUS

Prior experience on OCONUS projects preferred
